The mains input filter is now connected to the power supplies and they have connected to the battery charging circuits and relay drive circuit. This unit is what can be seen in the photo to this post.
The next thing to connect are the relays that have already been connected to the batteries – see the last post “Battery Pack”. However, I have realised that the relays attached to the batteries would be better placed in another position; closer to the control board relays.
So I now have to disassemble the relays from the batteries and put them on their own pcb, right next to the pcb shown here. This will give shorter and fewer wire runs.
